Throughout this epidemic we’ve been following guidance from the CDC, WHO, and local health departments while doing all we can to ensure your storage unit is available to without interruption. To protect the health and safety of our employees we have implemented the following changes:
- We are open but our leasing offices are closed to the public. Our onsite team remains available during business hours to help via phone or text messaging. We’re still here to help in any way we can! Access to your storage unit is not impacted by this change.
- Transactions like renting a new storage unit can easily happen at our website or over the phone and you can move-in immediately.
- If you have an existing reservation our onsite team is reaching out so that you can complete your move-in online.
We strongly encourage payments to be made online at our website or over the phone. During our regular operating hours, the front door has a mail drop that you can place checks inside. We will email you a receipt once we post the payment to your account.
- We have temporarily suspended auctions for storage units.
Access to your storage unit will not be impacted by these changes. However, we respectfully ask if you feel unwell to not visit your unit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
